It’s been 20 days since 2011 and I foresee an incredible year.
These are not resolutions, these are practical amendments that I should apply in my life.
This year, I will do stuff for other people, I’ll give back. I emailed the man who hosted me for a night while I did charity work with Raleigh International. I emailed asking for his address, to send the goodies to his children that I had promised before I left. I am a terrible person for not keeping to the promise. His children are probably all grown up. And they probably don’t remember me at all.
This year, I’ll know where I’m headed. This sounds awfully corny, however it has nothing to do with me “finding myself”. I know exactly who I am. I just need to know WHERE I’ll be this time next year. I don’t believe that someone can live without planning. I like being spontaneous, but I need a fair bit of a heads up. Like the university I’ll be going to. Like the course I’ll be committing to. Like the country I’ll be in.
This year, I’ll improve my portfolio, resume and job experience. Yes.
